Configure and Manage Demand Dial interfaces, Wireless devices |

Firewall administration and support |

Manage structured wiring within the Data Center |

Develop documentation for use by System Engineers / Operations / Help Desk personnel |

Constantly monitor the performance and security of the network environments, including bandwidth,throughput, component utilization, intrusion attempts, DoS attacks, flooding attempts and error rates |

Perform capacity planning, develop and implement plans for network expansion as needed |
|
Develop, implement and manage network back-up and recovery strategies |
|
Act as the functional expert for the resolution of network problems |

Work with vendors, principal technical contacts for problem resolution |

Co-ordinate with remote sites / personnel |

Develop processes and procedures across the network function |

Train Engineers as appropriate to carry-out problem diagnosis, resolution activities and tool usage |
